Optional support while you decide on a property and prepare an offer.

  • Explanation of what normally happens after an offer is accepted

This service does not include property sourcing, estate agency services, attending viewings or negotiating the purchase price.

Our main support service, from an accepted offer through to completion.

What's included

  • Explanation of what happens after an offer is accepted
  • Help understanding the roles of the estate agent, mortgage adviser, lender, solicitor / conveyancer and surveyor
  • Help understanding correspondence and typical documents
  • Guidance on what normally needs to happen next
  • Help identifying who to contact if something is unclear or delayed
  • Support with questions as they arise
  • Guidance approaching exchange and completion
  • Support as required until completion

Your solicitor, mortgage adviser, lender, estate agent and surveyor remain responsible for their own work. We help you understand it.

Property price negotiation

Many buyers negotiate the price themselves, and our guides explain how offers work. If you would like Taran Property Hub to be directly involved in negotiating the purchase price, there are two ways to arrange it.

Option A

Success-based negotiation

Fee: A percentage of the saving achieved from the property's initial asking price. The percentage is agreed with you in writing before any negotiation starts.

What we do — and what we don't

Taran Property Hub provides educational information, practical explanations, administrative support and property-purchase guidance.

We do not provide:

  • regulated mortgage advice
  • legal advice
  • conveyancing
  • surveying
  • lending
  • Mortgage advice must be provided by an appropriately authorised mortgage adviser.
  • Legal advice must be provided by a qualified solicitor or conveyancer.
  • We cannot guarantee mortgage approval or that a purchase will complete.

Questions about our support

Do I have to pay to use the website?

No. All guides, calculators and checklists are free and you do not need to register.

Do I have to buy all three stages?

No. You can choose one stage or several. If you are already part-way through your purchase, support can start from your current stage.

Can you negotiate the price for me?

You can negotiate yourself. If you want us directly involved, choose either success-based negotiation or complete support including negotiation.

Are you a mortgage broker?

No. We do not give mortgage advice or arrange mortgages. We help you understand the process and prepare; mortgage advice comes from an appropriately authorised mortgage adviser.

Are you solicitors?

No. Your solicitor or licensed conveyancer does the legal work and gives legal advice. We help you understand what is happening and what normally happens next.

Which languages do you work in?

Ukrainian, English and Russian.
