Only what you send us through the contact form, by email or by WhatsApp: your name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number (optional), preferred language, buying stage, area, timing and your message. We do not ask for documents, passport numbers or bank details. The readiness check, property brief, checklists and calculators store information only in your own browser and do not send it to us.
How we use it
To reply to your enquiry and, if you become a client, to provide the support you have agreed to. We do not sell your information or use it for marketing without your consent.
Where it is held
Messages sent through the contact form are delivered by email to our inbox (Google Gmail). The website is hosted by Hostinger.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details only for as long as needed to respond and, if you become a client, for as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal and accounting obligations.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you have rights including access to your information, correction, deletion, restriction and objection. To use these rights, email taranpropertyhub@gmail.com. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
